Draft clear, accurate and concise mortgage loan documents, which involve reviewing title commitments to ensure first-lien position, clearing title exceptions, closing loans and timely follow-up on pre and post-close loan servicing transactions.
Ensure that loan documentation meets association standards and regulatory/consumer compliance requirements and loan program guidelines.
Examine loan documentation for accuracy, timeliness and completeness.
Maintain an accurate customer database both electronically and with hardcopy files.
Disseminate information by using the telephone, mail services, websites and e-mail.
Receipt and disburse funds accurately and timely.
High School diploma required, Associate’s degree preferred
3-5 years of related business or financial experience
Experience in loan/mortgage industry experience and/or title insurance experience is preferred
Basic knowledge in MS Word & Excel.
Detail oriented team player that can multi-task and handle workloads with deadlines.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer services skills.
