Performs a variety of the following: setting up letters of credit; setting up and monitoring ACH payments; boarding loans; processing advances; and posting, reconciling, verifying, and tracking payments.
Prepares and reviews participation entries.
Ensures tasks performed are accurate and timely.
Works with Loan Officers to reconcile differences.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Typically requires:
High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of directly related experience.
4 year degree preferred.
Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline.
Proficient knowledge of accounting procedures, accounting and balancing principles, loan systems, pc's and analysis skills.
