Gilbert's Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced highly qualified individual to join our team for the position of Account Manager in our Commercial lines department. This position provides the best in customer service for our small to mid-size business clients managing and processing all of their commercial insurance needs. This is a full time position.
*3-5 years Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience.
*Property & Casualty Insurance license.
*High level verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficient computer skills; including word processing, spreadsheets, quoting systems for carriers, Aptus client management program,Quick Books, internet, etc.
*Organization, prioritization, and time management are well developed skills
*Attention to detail and accuracy are natural strengths
*Ability to problem solve, including claims resolution, analysis of systems and data to suggest appropriate solutions
*Good decision-making ability; good judgment.
*Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form.
