The New Business Support (NBS) Manager is responsible for managing the activities that facilitate the successful acquisition of new business and the maintenance of existing business for the Healthcare SBU and Mebane facility. The main objectives of the NBS Manager will include managing the cost estimating function, leading the customer bid process as well as pricing, profitability and other business analysis in support of the commercial and operations teams. It is expected that the manager has a flexible, positive, growth-oriented outlook in order to best assist the company in adapting to the ever-changing work environment and market conditions.

Actively manage accuracy of estimating process including rate development and production capability assumptions Perform job cost analysis to ensure estimating process accurately reflects actual costs HOW YOU WILL IMPACT MWV
Manage Customer Bids and Execution Develop bid approach Engage appropriate stake holders Develop cost estimates Prepare pricing recommendations and obtain appropriate approvals New Business Implementation Support Business Analysis Provide analytical support to commercial team on books of business in order to identify and recommend potential improvement opportunities Proactively identify customer risks/ opportunities and deliver recommendations to commercial team for improvement WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Must have 4 year college degree Prefer work experience in the print/packaging industry in Estimating, Customer Service, Finance or Production Planning Prefer knowledge and understanding of cost accounting Must have an advanced working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint. Must have strong analytical skills
