Serve as the resident department expert for the assigned loan systems. Provide member support for the credit unions electronic service delivery platform. Coordinate with credit union operations and administration staff, policies, procedures, training, new product offerings and best practices for enterprise wide servicing of existing and new member business products and services. Serve as the Marketing Liaison between Marketing and Business and Commercial Services (BC&S) for deposit products and services. Document custodian for forms related to business deposit services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the system administrator for loan proprietary systems used in the department and credit union electronic systems.
Assist in the planning, implementation and development of new products, policies and procedures, working with operations and administration staff, to enhance service for member business products enterprise wide.
Ensure timely and effective internal and external communications of deposit products and services activities within the BC&S Department for feedback and provide Marketing the necessary content and approvals on related materials.
Provide member support for the credit unions electronic service delivery platforms to include answering member inquiries and provide information concerning the use of the credit unions websites and electronic service platforms.
Maintain knowledge of credit union services, related policies and key features of the credit unions website and electronic service delivery platforms.
Responsible for project management of the various systems assigned.
Work with department managers and MIS personnel to identify and prioritize system enhancements to meet business goals of the department. Assist in the installation and testing of new releases, upgrades and trouble shooting.
Ensure training curriculum is developed with appropriate supervisor and departmental staff is trained in the use of features and functions of assigned systems.
Maintain application specific security functions and controls based on policies established by Information Security.
Act as the department IT liaison.
Perform other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Systems or related field.
Experience Required - Two years experience in a similar position or in work flow and systems analysis.
Skills - Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of common web services and an aptitude to continually learn new technologies. Must demonstrate a mastery of communications, and comprehension skills. Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be capable of dealing with complex, multifaceted technical supports issues. Must be resourceful, capable of working independently and exercising sound judgment as related to primary job functions. Must be well organized, have an analytical mind, be quick to learn and require minimal direct supervision. Requires strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
