NRT LLC, the largest residential real estate brokerage company in the nation, is seeking a Commissions Coordinator to work at our national headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

The Commissions Coordinator is responsible for processing various A/P payments and reconciling to our financial system; reconciling daily revenue generated to our financial system; preparing journal entries; monitoring year-end 1099 process and troubleshooting questions/concerns as needed; acting as a liaison to our regional offices to ensure that all questions and issues are investigated and resolved.

Basic Skills/Qualifications
  • 2 years experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
  • 2 years experience using Excel, Word and an accounting or other type of tracking system/database
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • College coursework in accounting/finance is a plus
