We are currently searching for a Communications Coordinator to join our corporate office located in San Diego, CA. This opportunity will require you to coordinate key communication functions for all Daymon Interactions companies. In this role, you will also be responsible collaborating with the Communications Manager to develop and execute processes and projects in support of the Communications and Marketing Department.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be required to coordinate the publication, production & execution of several internal newsletters while working with the Communications Manager to develop an on-going communications and marketing plans for events, special events and grand openings. You will also research data, create ideas, lay out artwork and represent the organization at public, social and business functions.
Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting career opportunity, candidates should possess 2 years of related experience working in a fast-paced environment within marketing or corporate communications in the retail environment. This candidate must also be able to demonstrate strong writing skills and the ability to navigate social media. You must also possess strong problem-solving skills and remain flexible & adaptable to changing priorities & assignments. A Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Advertising or related field, required; Master of Arts degree in Communications, Advertising or related field, a strong plus.
