Financial Engines is seeking a Communications Manager to join their Communications team. This individual will be responsible for working with our direct sponsors as well as one of our sub-advised channel partner to deliver effective communications programs geared at promoting our Online Advice and Professional Management programs. The candidate must be a proven team player with excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver effective, enrollment-driven, baseline communication programs that drive initial and repeat use of advisory services for clients of Financial Engines’ direct and sub advised channels
Work with peers and small teams inside and outside of the Communications team
Project manage communications elements of baseline campaign and negotiate common obstacles
Develop strong working relationship with sponsors and provider contacts for optimal satisfaction with Financial Engines communications services
Utilize a range of print and electronic communications material to effectively meet sponsor goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
Ability to excel in a fast paced, multi-tasking, deadline driven environment
Capable of working with multiple people/teams as well as independently
Has basic understanding of online advice and professional management products
1-3 years financial services or communications/marketing experience
