Develop and execute multi-channel internal communications that further business growth and employee engagement.

Create, deliver and manage key internal communications channels for target audiences – InsideGE, Colab, posting videos, management messages, etc.
Develop (write, edit, position) internal communications for all employees, and key audiences, including leadership, managers of people, exempt employees and front-line associates to ensure clarity and right message for right audience.
Write and edit stories and leadership communication for InsideGE (intranet) and internal employee newsletter, including accompanying visuals.
Write, edit and format communications to support internal campaigns and corporate initiatives, including HealthAhead, affinity groups, GE Opinion Survey, etc.
Support site leaders and managers with localized communications support.
Interact across functions and with business leadership as needed for message develop and positioning.
Create process for tracking metrics and monitoring to assess the success of communication efforts.
Collaborate with Communications Team and across the business to support key internal and external campaigns.
Monitor social media and online communities and manage according to protocols developed for response.
Support digital signage creation and content.
Prepare video programs and scripts, when appropriate, to support messaging.
Provide communications support for business priorities, including HR-related communications, business acquisitions and dispositions, and others as needed.
Follow GE brand and identity guidelines and client brand requirements.

1) Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of Communications experience within either a) a corporate internal organizational communications function or b) agency experience – either with core focus on writing and editing; or 2) in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma / GED and a minimum of and 10 years of Communications experience within either a) a corporate internal organizational communications function or b) agency experience – either with core focus on writing and editing; or
1+ year using digital/social media as a communication channel.

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, English, Journalism or a related field
Communication and planning experience should include writing clearly and convincingly while tailoring communication to an audience.
Experience in prioritizing multiple projects and working in fast-paced environment.
Financial Services industry experience
Previous project management, event planning and budget tracking experience a plus.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills and strong message positioning.
Strong interpersonal skills and PC skills in MicroSoft Office programs
