Partners with management to plan, develop, implement and evaluate communication programs to strengthen our overall efforts in support of the company’s values.

Serves as the company’s communication source
Responsible for internal communications and community relations initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall company messaging and branding.
Partners with various organizational leaders to develop and execute impactful communication strategies for key company issues.
Writes, reviews and edits essential internal communications, ensuring accuracy clarity and appropriate message for each audience.
Manages day-to-day communication needs of the organization.
Communicates and interfaces with PR and Communications staff regularly to keep intranet, digital signage content current.
Effectively manages, develops communication and events staff.
Leads cultural engagement initiatives to include engagement surveys – Individual Opinion Survey (IOS) survey process, feedback as well as Great Places to Work Trust Survey.
Manages relations with company leadership to effectively meet the requirements for effective company events.
Manages all media relations – press releases – individuals and company, community relations – i.e. ribbon cuttings, etc.
Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.
Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers.

Education and/or Experience:
Expected: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; minimum of five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred: Prefer past experience performing people resources functions and a degree in or related to people resources

Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Excellent verbal communication, writing, project management, web development and social media and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects and assignments at once. Ability to effectively lead and coordinate large corporate events. Experience in video production (script writing, storyboarding, directing and post production oversight).
