High School/GED
  • 2 to 4 years experience
  • Porter Hills is seeking a dynamic and detailed individual to be the first point of contact and provide exceptional customer service while answering phones and greeting visitors at Cook Valley Estates. Responsibilities also include providing clerical support to various departments and interacting with residents, staff and the public. This role responds to maintenance emergencies and helps coordinate efforts to resolve those situations. The right candidate must have 3 years of experience working in a high-paced environment, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and have the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work independently without supervision or other staff on site.

    This is a full time position working primarily M-F 8am to 5pm.
