We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Community Liaison for external marketing and referral coordination of Highline Home Health and Hospice programs. Duties include establishing regular contact with local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and physician offices to assist with and enhance the referral process; establishing and maintaining contact with referral sources, including providers of senior services; representing Home Health at conferences and health fairs; educating potential clients and referral sources about programs and services; identifying promotional and educational materials needed to market programs effectively and collaborating with community outreach manager in developing and implementing program-specific marketing plans and assisting in planning and coordination of classes and special events. You will also provide support to the department and participate in other marketing activities as assigned.
Qualified applicants will have 2+ years experience in healthcare marketing or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting. Must have knowledge of community resources and referral sources, demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, Access and Adobe Suite required.
