Dominium is currently seeking a full-time Community Manager for a 76 unit apartment community in Rockport, TX.
? Establishing and maintaining visibility, professionalism and rapport
? Day-to-day operations of the property
? Tenant relations
? Collections and maximizing occupancy
We are looking for a self starter with the ability to set goals and create vision for the property. This candidate should have good financial analysis skills, strong written and verbal communication and a willingness to take accountability for results.
? At least 3 years of previous property management experience required
? MS Office experience required as well as previous supervisory experience
? Market experience required
? The ability to work evenings, weekends and on-call as needed is required
? Tax Credit experience, Yardi software experience and bilingual preferred
