The Community Manager will manage communities located in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media outposts; act as an advocate of the Company in the brand’s community; and as the advocate of the community within the Company, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. This role will work with the Product Development team to ensure the community platform (for ex. forums, blogs, moderation tools) are kept up to date and functional, as well as influence the roadmap by collecting user feedback.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Regularly provide insights gained from community to the Marketing and Editorial teams to help them evolve their strategies in a timely fashion
  • Implement the online community strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and providing superior quality of customer service and support to our community with the help of various communication tools
  • Manage community contests, events and related promotions
  • Conduct user surveys and compile summary reports
  • Responsible for announcements to community users regarding new features and important events on the Company’s behalf
  • Evaluate social media impact periodically and report to the stakeholders across the Company
  • Create and produce promotional materials in text, audio or video format to enhance the communications with users

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience managing user communities
  • Experience with managing user communities
  • Experience with online community building and participation with events, contest, beta testing, and focus groups
  • Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media
  • Up to date on new social media tools, best practices and how other organizations and companies and organizations are using them
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and excellent time management
  • High degree of honesty and integrity
  • Deadline oriented and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • Team-player, positive attitude and flexible
  • Must be comfortable with adult content
  • Must be at least 21 years old or older
