ecoATM is looking to hire a Community Manager with strong knowledge and understanding of the digital media landscape and online and offline community building. You’ll be responsible for researching and creating great content, growing our relationship base, and engaging with the ecoATM community. You should be comfortable with Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Foursquare and blogging from a business perspective. You’ll work with our Marketing Director to determine the strategy for each of these channels and define the brand personality we’ll be projecting. We move fast and you'll learn along with us as we grow.
Manage the ecoATM presence on social media sites
Be ecoATM's main blogger
Engage with the ecoATM community
Monitor social media channels for mentions of ecoATM and engage accordingly
Define and report on key metrics
Provide insights on our customers back to the ecoATM team
Contribute ideas for growing and engaging our community on and offline
Produce and manage offline events occasionally
You have experience running social media accounts for businesses on a national scale. You’ve got a demonstrated track record of helping customers through online channels. You blog, either for yourself, your clients, or your company. You understand how to identify, measure and report on the key business metrics you have the ability to impact. You’ve got a college degree and a few years experience in the working world. You want to work for San Diego’s hottest startup and make a big difference in the world.
