360training is currently seeking a Community Outreach Manager. The Community Outreach Manager is responsible for national outreach and lead generation efforts for Meditec/360training. The incumbent builds positive awareness of our programs within appropriate government, military, and education communities, and is responsible for building and sustaining a strong pool of qualified prospective program representatives and potential students. The incumbent collects data and performs statistical analysis and makes informed judgments and decisions based upon the data and other information.

This position reports to the Director of Admissions/Sales, manages the Outreach Specialist, Workforce Specialist, and Program Representative Teams and is accountable for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goals. Goals include, but are not limited to: participation on work groups and planning sessions, program research, contacts with military and veterans groups and veterans administration leadership, creating opportunities for site visits, participating in career and education fairs, program presentations, contacting potential Program Representatives and potential students.

DUTIES

  • Contact and promote academic programs with military and veterans administration leadership and other potential feeder programs.
  • Directly supervise Outreach and Workforce Specialists that will work on and off-site
  • Plan and manage yearly outreach calendar, including development of innovative and non-traditional outreach methods and support materials.
  • Develop, coordinate and conduct presentations to groups of military personnel, veterans and other prospective students eligible to participate in all related academic programs.
  • Provide general information about 360training programs, admission requirements, and distribute marketing and application materials and counseling contacts to leadership and students.
  • Work with staff to develop focused marketing materials used to support expansion of the program.
  • Work directly with the Director of Sales to determine target audiences to develop strategically focused marketing plans for veterans and our Academic Partners.
  • Analyze statistical data in order to enhance recruitment strategies and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of actual performance versus targets
  • Plan and organize objectives to enhance enrollments through targeted marketing processes
  • Arrange and reconcile program-related travel
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Five years of experience promoting education programs, recruiting, outreach management, generating new customer awareness, and the administration of education programs centered on the military.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed established goals for identifying and generating program enrollments in a competitive higher education environment.
  • Proven skills in conducting analyses and interpreting related inquiry and enrollment data
  • Demonstrated experience in addressing problems, defining relevant issues, drawing sound conclusions, and making responsible recommendations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience in developing outreach and recruitment plans
  • Ability to work independently, meet critical deadlines and enrollment targets
  • Political sensitivity and ability to interact with diverse groups and individuals at all organizational levels
  • Need valid driver's license and vehicle for travel
