Coordinate the management of all K-12 assessment, and project activities at FHS and Gardner campus to ensure implementation and service delivery as described by funded grant.

Bilingual/Bicultural Spanish strongly preferred;
Associate Degree
Experience with low income, disadvantaged and/or minority youth required
Administrative and supervisory experience preferably from a grant funded project
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with public schools, participants and parent/guardians required
Ability to interact with diverse constituencies including school personnel, agencies, the College, parent/guardians and other civic and community organizations

Position Type:

Establishes working relationships with school administrators, counselors and faculty
Sets student appointments and selections, conducts instructor orientation and arranges transportation of participants into the projects from the assigned schools
With input from instructors and Supervisor, helps distribute educational and career needs and goals to participants
Provides test taking, PSAT / SAT , financial aid, college admissions, career planning and scholarship information to students and parents
Plans college campus and career visits
Schedules in-school, evening and summer pathways tutorials and informational sessions
With instructors and Supervisor, Plan and implement agenda for educational and career workshops
Collaborate with WIB , Career Center and/or businesses to arrange six week career internship plan for program participants
Facilitates parental involvement through direct contact and educational programming
Maintains mandated documentation relative to federal, state and program requirements
Survey student and staff for program successes
Assist with the submission of quarterly reports to funding source
Link students and families with appropriate needed services
Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor
