Key Accountabilities:
Independent decision making and strategy creation for signature programs.

Maximize colleague engagement-coordinate programs and schedules for all planned community relations activities, and serve as a resource for individuals and groups looking for volunteer opportunities.

Establish and maintain relationships with outreach organizations within the community in order to meet community needs and ensure service is not duplicated.

Represent Barclays in the community including giving presentations to large groups of non profits.

Ensure that programs are organized and managed in a fiscally responsible and sound manner.

Establish and maintain administrative procedures to meet objectives set by senior management.

Qualifications

4+ years experience with volunteer management.

Should be highly organized, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Needs to be self-motivated, creative and have a true understanding of the complex social issues out community faces today.

Must be comfortable working with diverse populations, organizations, and community issues.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
