Lead Generation
q Worship Connection Program
  • Develop relationships with Methodist and other targeted churches, temples and synagogues
  • Identify needs and how Clark can respond
  • Work with Director on production of inserts and bulletin board information
q Powerful Tools for Caregivers
  • Market program
  • Increase number of courses offered
  • Coordinate all courses and serve as instructor
q Community health fairs
  • Analyze those that are beneficial for Clark participation
  • Coordinate display and staff participation

+ Franklin Campus – IL, AL , Dementia, SN, Rehab
+ Clark at Home
q Clark External Presentations
  • Identify venues and schedule presentations
  • Work with Director to create presentation
  • Deliver formal and informal presentations
q Discharge Planners/Care Managers
  • Develop CEU program with Grand Rapids Community College
  • Include in other Clark programs/events as appropriate
q Clark at Home
  • Coordinate implementation of marketing plan
  • Develop process to stay connected with former clients
q Dementia Services
  • Conduct local consumer research on dementia care needs and desires
  • Analyze findings
q Knowledgeable about Clark services and programs
q Back up as necessary

q Annual competitive market analysis
q Conduct small customer research studies on customer preferences and attitudes
q Work with Director to identify innovative marketing tactics
q Understand and utilize REPS and AOD for research and reporting purposes

q Monitor local and national trends for senior living and health
q Assist Director with educating Clark staff about market trends
