Rate Per Mile 2 yrs exp . & up
$ 0.39
Time-off Pay (per day)
0 - 12 months $133.50
After 1 Year $145.00
All of the above rates increase per pay schedule.
Drop Pay
All company drivers $ 24.00 after the first drop.
Hourly Pay
Includes local work, detention time & breakdowns -$ 17.00 per hour
Drivers have the opportunity to use Lumpers or unload the freight their selves on the loads that need to be unloaded.
Unloading Pay
$ 1.00 (per hundredweight) Min of 500lbs to Max of 5,000lbs per stop.
Unloading Pay for special customers
Shoe load/Truckload $ 65.00
Inside Delivery (in addition to Unloading Pay) $ 7.00 per stop
Specialized load pay like (QSP loads) $ 2.00 per hundredweight
(Century Resource loads) $ 2.30 per hundredweight for inside deliveries.

The driver must also meet our hiring requirements:
Class A CDL w/Haz-Mat, 2 years OTR exp. No more than 3 moving violations.
