Prepare and deliver financial reporting data (e.g. option exercises, RSU settlements, forfeitures, cancellations, roll forward, grant summary) to PepsiCo's Accounting Department on a quarterly and period basis for PepsiCo's equity programs as well as PBG and PAS legacy programs ( ACE , KEEP and PLUS )

Partner with PepsiCo's Accounting Department to resolve reporting discrepancies and ensure accuracy of data reported in PepsiCo's financials (including review of 10-K footnotes)

Performs quarterly "Option Term" analysis for inclusion in stock compensation expense calculations

Manage Board of Director compensation administration process including annual retainer deferral and cash payments, form 1099 preparation, and deferral statements

Manage insider trading list and partner with external stock administration vendor on stock transactions during insider trading window

Conduct analyses to ensure Senior Management compliance with corporate governance policies such as stock ownership guidelines and exercise and hold policy

Partner with broader team to ensure Senior Management is aware of compensation and benefit issues and problems are speedily addressed and accurately tracked

Proactively work with Compensation and Benefits teams to ensure all Compensation and Benefits issues for Directors and Officers are identified and timely resolved

Partner with Legal team to accurately and timely complete required SEC filings

Independently develop restricted stock units (RSU) settlement project plan; align (internally) global Compensation Directors, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, (externally) Hewitt for payroll services, Merrill Lynch for broker services, Computershare the transfer agent and PricewaterhouseCoopers for international tax compliance; ensure the RSUs are settled in compliance with tax and reporting requirements in over 50 countries and 20 payrolls

Develop PepsiCo training materials to expand phone service reps knowledge of the PepsiCo plans and culture; monitor the delivery and effectiveness of training and modify as necessary

5+years finance/stock compensation experience

Finance and/or compensation background preferred

Self motivator who can adapt to changing conditions

Must be able to work with/without supervision and concurrently handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities

Must have strong planning, project management, follow-up and interpersonal skills

Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet demand

Must be able to work well with all level of employees, globally

Knowledge of FASB 123(R), SOX, compensation legislation
