The primary
responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to :
Complete job and
salary evaluations.
Administer all USA
Incentive Plan payment calculations, the development of summary plan
description documentation, participant communications and
coordination with function heads.
Administer all aspects
of the annual USA Merit Plan, including coordination with function
heads, calculations and employee communications.
Perform data
collection and analysis on Global Compensation Project.
Perform data
collection and analysis on externally sponsored salary surveys.
Assist the Payroll
Specialist and Controller in addressing any audit-related questions
on compensation matters.
Develop and document
all compensation procedures.
Keep orderly and
organized compensation work files.
Assist in the
execution of special projects on all HR topics as directed by HR
management.
Participate in the
design, development, testing and administration of all HR systems
related projects.
Conduct periodic
audits of data on the HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
Become proficient in developing reports in HRIS, Payroll and Time &
Attendance systems.
Serve as the daily
administrator of the HRIS system and ensure accurate and timely
maintenance of data entry.
Audit and ensure the
accuracy of data passed between the various HR and
Finance/Accounting systems.
Develop and document
all HR systems procedures.
Serve as backup to
Payroll Specialist & Employee Benefits & LOA Specialist.
Prepare special and
periodic compensation and payroll reports as requested by HR
management.
Conduct studies and
research as directed by HR management.
Provide assistance to
the Global Manager of Compensation & Benefits.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree with
emphasis in human resources, information systems, accounting,
economics and/ or finance.
At least five years of
compensation and HRIS analysis/ administration experience in a
corporate or consulting environment.
Applicable working
experience either as a project manager or project lead on HR systems
implementation projects.
Skills required :
Strong analytical and
problem solving skills.
Intermediate level
Microsoft Excel skills required; intermediate Microsoft Access
skills preferred.
Excellent oral and
written communication skills, including the ability to develop and
present formal reports, presentations and recommendations to
employees and executives.
Proficiency with
report writers preferred.
