We have an immediate full-time Compensation Analyst position available for a client in the Paoli, PA area. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of organization's compensation programs in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance. In this role, the analyst will oversee, develop, recommend, and implement compensation plans policies, as well as maintaining and administering all compensation programs, making recommendations regarding salary grades for specific jobs, and managing the merit increase and bonus processes.
•Minimum of 7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years of compensation experience
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; CCP or HR professional certification highly desired
•Experience evaluating and analyzing salary data, conducting job evaluations, writing job descriptions, and determining pay grades and salary recommendations
•Experience in compensation plan design, administration and merit increase planning
•Experience utilizing and/or participating in salary surveys
•Sales compensation experience is a plus
•Comprehensive knowledge of compensation theory, plan design, and relevant laws (i.e. FLSA)
•Exceptional analytical and data extraction skills, with superior attention to detail and accuracy
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Intermediate to advanced level of computer expertise with Microsoft Office products (especially with Microsoft Excel) and internet-based resources
•Excellent organizational, presentation, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
