It will be your mission to manage the implementation and administration of compensation programs for Advance Central Services, Inc. (ACSI) and the clients we support. You will analyze compensation data, benchmark, evaluate salaries and more, in order to make supportable recommendations, thus enabling strong decision making. The data analysis you provide will help to keep ACSI and those we support with an optimal balance of profit and cost. - Three or more years of relevant experience
- A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyze a variety of data, determine validity, draw conclusions and make recommendations
- A drive for ongoing development in order to stay on top of changes, external studies, industry benchmarks, and advances in Compensation and Total Rewards
- Knowledge of federal and state laws impacting compensation programs
- Experience with:
