Chubb is seeking a Compensation Analyst who will assist in the design, implementation, communication and administration of competitive and equitable compensation programs under broad supervision of the Compensation Manager.
Equity Administration: Reconcile systems utilized in administration of equity plans, including RSU vesting processing, termination and account updates. Collect and prepare data on equity activity and other data required for reporting and audits. Review and reconcile information to ensure accuracy and data integrity. Provide ad hoc reports/spreadsheets for equity plans.
Year End Systems Implementation: Assist in the administration of the global common review process, including preparation of data and system, and consolidation of data and reporting. Participate in User Acceptance/quality assurance testing.
Profit Sharing and Sales Compensation Administration: Maintain, access, and analyze data to pay and administer plans.
Job Evaluation: Maintain job code data including codes, titles, and FLSA classification. Determine validity of current titles and classification and provide recommendations for new titles or changes. Maintain and assist in development of job description database. Review job evaluations requests and descriptions for completeness and accuracy.
Market Pricing: Assist in the maintenance of system and preparation of data. Review and reconcile information to ensure accuracy and data integrity
Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as requested to include analysis of complex compensation data, both internal and external, to support enhancements to programs and plans.
BA/BS plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience in Human Resources or Finance
Individual must be detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and on a team
Strong analytical, customer service, and communication skills required
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, V lookup, macros) and MS Word a must; knowledge of MS Access a plus
