The US Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing overall support to the US/North America, Global Marketing and Global Customer Development Compensation Department. Specific activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting in all annual Compensation processes (e.g. bonus administration, stock options, salary forecasting, salary surveys)
  • Maintaining integrity of bonus plan databases, including tracking of participants
  • Administering the North America & Global Marketing Management Incentive Plan and Teampower bonus plan and various Quarterly Sales plans, including calculating awards
  • Assisting in projects supporting Compensation strategic initiatives for the US Company, North America, Global Marketing or Global Customer Development (e.g. upgrading technology for compensation processes and creating new incentive plans)
  • Creating Compensation Offers and Employee Salary Reviews (ESRs)
  • Providing support to HR Generalists with Compensation programs and policies
  • Tracking Executive salary transactions and completion of appropriate notification process
  • Administering the US Company COLA program
  • Running standard SAP HR reports, as well as creating ad-hoc reports to support all Compensation processes
  • Participate in special project teams within Human Resources and in the NA Division as an HR Representative

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources required (Business Administration or related area preferred)
  • Two to three years of previous Human Resources experience required, preferably in the area of Compensation
  • Strong analytical and decision making ability required to systematically break down complex problems into component parts
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong understanding and usage of SAP for reporting and analytics
  • Demonstrated strength in customer service, particularly initiative and the ability to anticipate needs and issues
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities
