Our Corporate HR department is seeking a Compensation Analyst who review and analyze base and incentive pay relative to individual, team, and specific company as well as consolidated company performance. You will also work closely with the HRIS team to ensure data compliance and accuracy. Here are some of the key responsibilities of this role:
Analyzes organizational pay practices and makes recommendations for salary changes to ensure equity as well as p articipates in local, national, and global salary surveys. Analyzes results to determine organization's market position relative to other companies.
Partners with management to write, review, and revise job descriptions. Researches unique jobs using job description data bases, job posting sites, and market survey resources.
Conducts job analysis to determine appropriate pay level according to compensation guidelines, internal comparisons, and external market comparisons.
Develops new salary structures and recommendations to adjust salary structures in response to changing organizational needs and market competitiveness.
Develops, implements, and administers salary administration guidelines throughout the company.
Administers the merit and bonus system in Success Factors to ensure compliance with salary administration guidelines and pay for performance.
Develops ad hoc reports in SAP and Success Factors. Audits, reviews, and analyzes data to ensure accurate results.

Bachelors Degree in Math, Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
Have at least two (2) years compensation analyst experience.
Large company experience with multiple locations and multiple states required.
Ability to work independently and use sound judgment skills.
Ability to communicate with all levels within the company from hourly employees to top executives
