Responsibilities will include analyzing jobs through observation, interviews, and questionnaires; drafting, revising, and editing job descriptions based on analysis; and assisting in submission of salary information in various surveys. The candidate will become knowledgeable in salary evaluation methods in order to validate market information on jobs and also assign worth where market data is lacking.
