Provide analytical support to ongoing compensation programs. Participate in compensation surveys, evaluate positions, and prepare and analyze survey data. Monitor merit budgets, administer pay increases, and coordinate all employee change activity. Oversee the performance management system, monitor performance reviews, and handle all day-to-day administration/issues with this system. Handle required government reporting and ad hoc report requests from management. Conduct new hire orientations for the corporate office. Work on special compensation-related projects as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline, or equivalent experience required
  • Combination of 3-5 yearsÂ’ compensation analysis/generalist experience
  • PHR or CCP preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience in a mid-sized to large company and manufacturing environment experience preferred
  • Prior JDE experience desired
