Role Overview

The Compensation Analyst / Stock
Based Plan Administrator’s primary role will be to support the Director, Global
Compensation with regards to annual compensation cycle (merit, bonus, lti
grants), compensation analysis, survey participation, Compensation Discussion
and Analysis (CD&A) and job evaluations. In addition, this
role will be responsible for administering the Novelis long term equity
program.

Responsibilities:
Actively seek to improve the data flow and collection
methods for compensation information

Handle ad-hoc requests for reports,
data and information – both for corporate and regionally.

Apply knowledge of current processes
to make recommendations for improvement in data capture / availability / data
flow

Provide analytical support to
facilitate the annual merit and bonus cycle

Act as liaison between the corporate
HR team and E Trade

Maintain documentation of all long
term incentive grants

Maintain documentation of online
system used to administer long term incentive program

Handle call/requests from long term
incentive participants regarding their grants and/or use of the online system

HR – periodic information to support
the merit, bonus, grant and vesting cycles

Finance- periodic information for
financial reporting / SEC filings

Legal - periodic information for SEC
filings

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, Business,
Finance, Accounting, or related industrial field

Minimum 3 years experience in compensation and/or stock
based plan administration field.

Ability to manage multiple projects

Proficient with MS Office

Expertise in working with spreadsheets and
databases
