The Compensation Analyst will research, gather, and analyze data to determine appropriate salary levels for new positions . The candidate will provide support for a variety of compensation policies and procedures including, but not limited to: reviewing and verifying new hire salary information, tabbing new hires ahead for upcoming probationary and experience differential increases, reviewing all transfers and promotions for appropriate salary information and enter all salary information into the Human Resources ABRA system. Candidate will also be responsible for generating reports, implement wage garnishments and levy’s, collect, record, and track all criteria based Job Descriptions/Evaluations. The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for maintaining all approved changes to our existing salary scale structure. He/she will research any salary discrepancies and present the results to Vice President for Human Resources for consideration. Ideal candidate will track all upcoming non-union and union contract changes, will liaison with Hospital Administrators, and the payroll department in implementing all changes to employees salary.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration or Business Administration is preferred

-2+ years knowledge of salary structure preferred.

-Healthcare experience required. Must be detail-oriented and organized.

-Familiar with laws and regulations associated with affirmative action, fair labor standards.

-Good writing skills needed to prepare job description. Ability to access and operate HR Systems required
