5+ years of directly related work experience in a Compensation Analyst Role preferably with HRMS experience using UltiPro software;
B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field;
Proven track record of successfully administering compensation programs in an organization with multiple business divisions & employee classifications;
Experience with implementing new long-term incentive plans, including knowledge of taking stock options and/or restricted stock plans through an Initial Public Offering;
CCP and PHR Certifications preferred;
Excellent Excel and Word skills;
Mathematical aptitude and strong analysis skills;
Uncompromising integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
Excellent project management, priority setting and organizational skills.
