External Job Description
Title Resource Group (TRG) is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. TRG currently has an opportunity for a Compensation Analyst to work at our corporate office in Mount Laurel, NJ 08054.
Assisting with the development, implementation, communication and administration of our Company wide total rewards strategies. The Compensation Analyst contributes to the achievement of the Company strategic goals through analytical support of the on-going administration of the Company’s total rewards programs. Develops proactive methods in identifying compensation issues/needs within customer groups and implements appropriate solutions. Provides compensation related technical and functional expertise and internal consulting services to customer group managers. Will analyze our existing variable pay plans to determine areas for streamlining and/or condensing plans. This individual will be involved in creating a process for managing new plan requests and documentation. Additionally, this individual will be involved in other areas of Compensation such as market pricing, job evaluations, job descriptions, merit increase administration and general data maintenance. Analyzes exempt/non-exempt classifications and ensures compliance with FLSA regulations. Ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws relating to compensation matters. Develops necessary reports in support of the compensation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree- required. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) preferred. Advanced quantitative, analytical and personal computing skills and a mastery of Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word required. Experience with database query tools and Oracle HRIS desirable. Detailed oriented, extremely organized, and ability to manage multiple assignments successfully in a fast paced changing environment. A self-starter with a professional demeanor and can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills. 3-5 years of compensation experience with increasingly responsibility required. Effective at interacting with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of current compensation rules, regulations, laws, principles and practices.
