We are looking to hire a Compensation Analyst that is high-energy, positive, hands-on, creative, team-oriented, service-oriented, flexible individual who takes his/her work seriously but still enjoys having fun at work.

He/she will contribute to the design of global compensation programs that promote market competitiveness while aligning with business objectives. Work closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiters and Business Leaders to advise them on compensation topics to promote employee engagement, effective hiring and employee retention.

Act as an internal consultant to the HR team and business leadership to support their decision making for hiring, promotions, organizational initiatives, and annual compensation programs

Deliver communication and training for compensation programs for Recruiting, HR Business Partners, and managers to promote understanding and transparent

Lead compensation programs such as job levels, salary structures, and recognition programs

Conduct research, quantitative analysis, data modeling, and the presentation of data to drive strategic decisions around people.

Participate in market data surveys and comp peer network

Evaluate new positions for external competitiveness and internal equity.

Partner with HR to develop career paths, leveling, and titling.

Participate in the administration and analysis of annual compensation programs.

Act as consultant to the organization on compensation issues, and partners with HR in the development of solutions.

Evaluate and recommend process and system improvements to support the compensation function.

Partner with HR systems team to configure Workday to support compensation programs and practices.

Participate in the development of key compensation reporting and metrics. Analyze data for trends and statistical significance and make recommendations to management.

Minimum 5 years in professional compensation role to include:
Solid market pricing experience including some international

Experience with the Radford Global Technology Survey

Experience administering compensation planning cycles

Experience with job leveling and analysis including job/career path development

Strong understanding of base comp methodology

HRIS experience with focus on compensation

Strong consultative skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and highly effective in communicating clearly and persuasively

Experience with the Radford Global Technology Survey

Advanced excel skills

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high-priorities in a fast-paced environment

5+ years of increasing responsibilities within Compensation

CCP a plus
