Design, maintain, document, and administer internally equitable and externally competitive direct compensation programs through p lanning, development and implementation of new and revised programs, policies, and procedures in order to be responsive to organizational goals and competitive practices. Conduct thorough audits, prepare necessary reports and maintain necessary personal contacts to assure Lake Health compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with organizational policies, as well as state and federal statutes and legislation . Conduct job evaluations to recommend equitable compensation and correct classifications for new hires and current employees. Ensure consistency of approach between rewards and performance management practices. Develop salary increase budgets and pay structure adjustments. Bachelor's degree required with Master’s degree preferred; and minimum of five years’ experience administering compensation programs.

Special Requirements: Mathematical aptitude, analytic skills and ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Knowledge or experience with ADP EV5, ADP Reporting and ADP Compensation Management a plus.
