This full-time Human Resources position will report to the Senior Manager, Human Resources for Acciona Energy North America. The Human Resources Administrator will perform highly analytical and detailed work supporting the Human Resources function and will require a strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and expert critical thinking ability.Responsibilities Payroll Process bi-weekly payrolls (ADP) Process bi-weekly 401(k) funding for each payroll Facilitate per pay period, quarterly and annual reconciliations (with oversight from Compensation and Benefits Manager) Administer and reconcile payroll billing Balance PTO accrual Respond to payroll-related questions Respond to and process all employee financial verifications (mortgage applications, child support orders), advances (expats), and liens Process payroll changes Participate in system maintenance and upgrades Reporting and Analytics Manage SAP, CSV, and Oracle reporting for Human Resources department Maintain annual budget reports for Human Resources department Other reporting as required HR Vendor Management/Invoicing Manage vendor information, contracts, and contact information Review all invoicing, code, and present for approval Compensation Maintain accurate and confidential reporting on compensation for Senior Manager, Human Resources Provide data for compensation decisions including all information on merit and bonus calculations Additional responsibilities as assigned
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience CEBS and/or CCP certification preferred 1-3 years related work experience, tax experience required Demonstrated knowledge of payroll and benefits processes, and compliance requirements Previous experience with SAP and/or Oracle required Previous ADP payroll and HRIS system experience preferred Ability to be entrusted with confidential and sensitive information Excellent attention to detail, organization, customer service, and analytical skills, and judgment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel Bilingual in Spanish/English a plusApply Here
