Summary:

Assist the BSA Officer and Loss Prevention Manager to identify, research, track, report and resolve issues as it relates to compliance requirements of the BSA and Loss Prevention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Keep abreast of various aspects of Bank Secrecy Act including, but not limited to, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and CIP. Attend at least one BSA continuing education seminar/course per year. Review CIP reports and forms, ensuring information is obtained in a timely manner, is completed accurately and attached to customer profiles. Perform OFAC, 314(a) and other government lists reviews. Identify and escalate potential risk issues to the appropriate personnel. Assist with Enhanced Due Diligence efforts for high risk customers. Assist with maintenance of Fraud files.
Assist with Identity Theft complaints/concerns by providing direction and support to bank personnel, customers, and non-customers. Review and maintain Monetary Instrument Log, Pouch Log and other record keeping logs.
Interact with branch and department personnel as it pertains to BSA or Fraud issues. Provide any additional support on BSA/AML/Fraud compliance functions.
