You will have the unique opportunity to learn about both bank and nonbank supervision, be a leader in your field and be a part of creating a supervision program that is ensuring that markets work for American families.We are seeking collaborative Compliance Associates for major programs administered by the Division of Supervision, Fair Lending & Enforcement. This opportunity allows for significant promotional opportunity, and will encompass both basic and advanced on-the-job training.

Incumbents will: Evaluate adequacy of the regulated entity's compliance program Examine the regulated entity's audit procedures, reports, and work papers, if necessary Conduct reviews to determine that the regulated entity does not have unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices Contribute in discussions with regulated entity senior management on findings and recommendations Participate in planning and conducting examinations, prepare reports, and present findings and recommendations Conduct fair lending reviews.
