Responsible for assisting the Compliance Team with general administrative duties in the daily operations of the Quality Assurance and Compliance Department, including research and collection of data, building reports, and other administrative duties, and maintaining positive relationships with staff of the various departments supported.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Processes paperwork and prepares all documents in accordance with the regulatory agency's specifications and contractual requirements.
  • Responsible for information gathering, collection of data, and preparation of reports.
  • Assists in information gathering and preparation of outcome measurements as assigned by the Compliance Manager.
  • Coordinate Compliance meetings including all logistics and record keeping.
  • May work on a wide variety of projects as assigned.
  • Assists with the maintenance of records and reports to ensure that departments have appropriate licensure, credentials, education, training and other required documentation.
  • Assists and supports the Compliance Team.
  • Assists in the maintenance of office files.
  • Assists in the internal audits of programs to ensure compliance with contractual and licensing requirements.
  • Prepares and maintains appropriate records and reports, in accordance with the program, agency and licensing standards.

  • Skill in the use of a personal computer and software applications (e.g. Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)

Other Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing Bachelors or advanced Degree plus one year of work experience in an office setting. Related experience in non-profit, research, or business field preferred.
  • Valid Texas Drivers License (must be received within 30 days of employment) and ability to be insured; valid Vehicle Liability if driving personal vehicle.
