Investigate, respond and resolve verbal and written complaints from State Agencies, attorneys, Better Business Bureau, Attorney Generals, Clients and debtors . Investigate legal action, document any violations. Monitor collection calls and document issues. Complete internal and client complaint and legal logs.
1. Answer complaint line and resolve issues
2. Respond to e mail complaints
3. Investigate and respond to State, BBB, Client and Attorney General Complaints
4. Investigate Law Suits
5. Monitor collection calls and document issues
6. Log issues
7. Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
High school graduate, some college or previous Customer Service and or Collection experience preferable.
Knowledge & skills:
Ability to work and communicate with a variety of personalities
Ability to work independently, investigate and reach logical conclusions
Knowledge of office equipment
Knowledge of FDCPA, FCRA and all other state and federal collection laws
Proficent with Microsoft Office
