DESCRIPTION

Are you a successful pharmaceutical sales representative who is tired of pushing dangerous drugs that cause patients a host of unwanted side effects? Are you looking to sell products that you can actually stand behind that will improve the quality of life for thousands of patients? If so, Hotze Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive sales of state-of-the art bioidentical hormones and natural approaches to health. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) is the process of restoring the naturally occurring hormones in the body with bioidentical hormones, which are molecularly identical to those found in the body.

We are looking to promote our product sales through effective interaction with health care professionals and organizations to increase the awareness and use of our specialized products.

Company Overview: Hotze Pharmacy is committed to enabling our guests to enjoy a better quality of life by compounding biologically identical hormones for use in hormone replacement therapy.

Our hormones are compounded in a state-of-the-art facility using pharmaceutical ingredients from FDA approved wholesalers. The integrity of our compounded preparations is maintained through daily quantitative assessments and monthly qualitative analysis performed by an independent testing laboratory.

DUTIES

  • Create and nurture business relationships with health care partners and customers
  • Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales
  • Set up and execute appointments with health care professionals
  • Organize and execute sales presentations
  • Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and create reports when needed
  • Keep current with clinical data and present this data to health care professionals
  • Keep informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area
  • Keep current with the competition's products, service offerings and activity
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company support departments
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy sales, preferred
  • Proven ability to promote and sell products and services
  • Knowledge of compound medication, bio identical hormones a plus
