Position Summary:
The IT Service Desk functions as a link between end users of IT systems in a fast-paced service desk environment. This position will provide high level customer support with immediate resolution of end user incidents. Accountable for performing and assisting with all facets of our Computer Operations and IT Service Desk. Work hours are Wednesday through Saturday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, with rotation.
