In this position, the candidate of choice will be the one resource to monitor and react to physical problems in the infrastructure for the entire Global Infrastructure for IT during the hours of 7pm-7am, Friday, Saturday & Sundays (36 hours per week)!

Responsibilities: · Take pride in ‘owning’ a world class Data Center, responsible for maintenance, stability and improvements for the room and the equipment it houses that makes IT possible for the entire Corporation. Be the one resource to monitor and react to physical problems in the infrastructure for the entire Global Infrastructure for IT.
· Perform real-time monitoring and support of multi-platform computer operations, including power, air condition, and fire alarm systems
· Troubleshoot job and system failures that arise during a shift
· Participate in the installation and testing of new hardware installations
· Provide help desk technical support to employees worldwide during non-business hours
· Monitor all application and systems backups; perform restores when required
Qualifications: · Typically has 3+ years of experience in computer operations
· Associate’s Degree / High School Diploma or equivalent
· Knowledge of SAP Global Business Systems environment
· Familiar with AS400 platform
· Experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
· Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks successfully
· Able to work independently, analyze problems and select proper corrective action
