Provide support to the NAVSUP FIAR Team in internal controls testing related to FMO segments in relation to Navy ERP based on expertise and experience of the automated system, Navy ERP, and NAVSUP business processes.
Obtain key supporting documentation for NAVSUP HQ related to sample testing when directed.
Expertise in Navy ERP and DMS to perform functions described in the PWS.
o Knowledge in Navy Business Process Standardization (BPS) efforts to include Navy ERP “as is” processes and the standardized “to be” business processes and impacts to new or existing operating procedures/instructions.
o Knowledge of Navy logistics management processes specifically transportation management, household goods shipments, and material ordering proceduresPossess knowledge of specialized terminology including financial management, audit readiness, Navy ERP, Navy BPS, and military structure.
o Demonstrate administrative skills, and basic knowledge of Navy ERP and audit terminology.
o Possess computer skills and thorough knowledge of Microsoft software programs.
o Have knowledge of computer technology, including word processing, spreadsheet, database and graphic software.
o Ability to adjust to changing priorities and multiple assignments.
o Ability to use independent judgment and discretion.
o Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership and organizational skills, and interpersonal and time management skills.
o Ability to interact with professional, administrative and higher level management personnel.
o Exceptional verbal skills and a strong command of the English language, able to clearly communicate in person, via the telephone and through written electronic communication with members of NAVSUP FIAR Team.
