Monitors computer systems in the Enterprise Operations Center on a 24x7x365 basis. Performs system troubleshooting in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contact the system administrator when unable to bring the system back on-line. Performs system backups in accordance with SOPs. The candidate will oversee file transfers and answer Help Desk calls after normal working hours and weekends. Familiarity in Windows 2000, Office 2000, and UNIX preferred.
