Write programs for the purpose of extracting data related to Medicaid fraud investigations. Obtain payment information from the Department of Medical Assistance Services to determine erroneous overpayments. Create reports on payment information for the assigned attorneys and investigators handling the cases. Some overnight travel required.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must have the ability to construct and manipulate large scale and complex datasets. Ability to work on multiple projects within a multi-team environment, including strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize own workload to meet delivery dates. Self starter with a "can-do" attitude, detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability and integrity. Strong team player with clear verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience working with health claims data, preferably medical and pharmacy. Advanced skill level in Excel and MS Access. Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills. BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Statistics, Biostatistics, Math and 3-6 years experience in programming or MS/MA and 1-4 years experience in programming. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Base SAS, SAS Macro, SQL on PC platform preferred.
