Job Description

Computer Repair Specialists are responsible for leading and maintaining our high technical and customer service reputation.

DCS retail computer repair department is committed to offering every customer a total solution for his/her tech needs. Repair technicians are responsible for maintain key metrics, including profitable sales and margin, and customer satisfaction.

Computer technicians are expected to position and drive sales, including selling the value and benefits of our services . An important focus of this role is to grow our retail computer services both in the store as well as on- site.
Applicant must have technical skills and knowledge and will be required to repair computers as well as perform technical and system diagnostics and upgrades as needed.


Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/Equivalent Proficiency in peer-to-peer networks and operating systems up to Windows 7 6 months experience in PC set-up, Network, and/or repair of PC products; including but not limited to PC setup, software/hardware installation, data backup, and PC diagnostic and repair, and PC troubleshooting Ability to diagnose and fix computers and securely install and service wireless networks Ability to manage time and work responsibly without supervision Previous experience selling technology products and services Must be at least 18 years of age Must Have a current valid driver's license and a clear driving record With or without reasonable accomodation, must be able to lift or maneuver 75 pounds
