Phacil has an immediate opening for Computer Scientists to support an important government customer in Keyport, WA.
Designs, develops, tests and documents new or corrected functionality of web application software. Modifies existing software. Creates new releases of an existing software product based on change requests. Provides technical product support which may include analyzing software problems both independently and within a team. Develops software development project documentation and/or project execution plans. Creates and maintains design and system documentation. May perform the following duties: conduct training activities for end user and support personnel; systems engineering support; participate in testing on developed products and documenting defects; provide assistance to users on applications released and resolve data issues. May be assigned to special projects.
Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one (US Citizens Only)
Must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570.01-M Certification required.
Experienced in one or more of the areas of computer or information systems: web application development,
systems engineering, database architecture and administration, training specialist, or programmer.
Experienced in one or more of the following systems: web applications, PL/SQL, Oracle 9i, Oracle 11g RAC, J2EE, JBOSS, Java, Crystal Reports Libraries.
