Key Job Responsibilities: |
•Assist with software and hardware problems; performed by phone or in person
•Respond to support requests via existing helpdesk ticketing program
•Computer and related hardware troubleshooting (including printers)
•Computer system installation and relocation
•Assist with software or add-ware rollouts
•Perform a wide variety of tasks in software/hardware maintenance and operational support of Windows (operating system) server systems;
•Assists users when necessary;
•Research hardware and software product availability, pricing and specifications;
•Perform routine maintenance on computers as needed for support issues and scheduled maintenance
•Maintain and service backup systems;
•Maintain neat and organized workspace.
•Available after hours and weekends for troubleshooting on critical functions if becomes necessary.
