The Associate will install computer equipment, perform mainframe work and support microcomputer hardware, software and the Company's network through the Help Line. Prior experience working with and repairing microcomputers and communication equipment, installing and using microcomputers & software packages, working with LAN/WAN, working knowledge of MS Windows Server/Active Directory, and troubleshooting software and hardware problems via a help desk.
